Michael Foley

Bio: Foley is Associate Director for the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative (WCAI). He heads-up the operations team that manages communications, student programs, center finances, and—increasingly—expectations on whether Big Data can tell us the meaning of life, and whether we can monetize the answer. Prior to joining WCAI, Foley worked at Thomson Reuters as Manager, Thought Leadership Communications (Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative), and he’s fluent in over 5 corporate-speak dialects. Despite a mild penchant for snark, he’s reminded daily how much he enjoys working with students, alums, and colleagues on puzzling the most compelling issues facing analytics business leaders today.
